MM is extremely versatile. You can use it as a complete base for your curries, mix it into marinades, and is a lovely flavour enhancer to compliment your own dishes.
MM has no added preservatives whatsoever. Because it contains salt and a little oil it’s preserved naturally and can last for up to 6 months. We suggest you keep it in the fridge once opened and use within 6 months of opening.
MM is made using all natural ingredients and contains no known allergens however it is produced in an environment which may contain nuts, seafood and traces of milk, mustard, celery sulphites, gluten and soya.

Yes, MM is fully vegan / vegetarian friendly
If you are making a curry. We suggest weighing your lamb or chicken and for every 100g meat use 10g grams of MM. If you have 500g chicken, use 50g MM, and if you have 1kg of lamb use 100g MM. If making curry with mince, we suggest adding a little extra as the mince is great at absorbing all those lovely flavours.
For veg, fish, lentils and other we say use at your own discretion as these are more delicate in nature and absorb spices differently.
