Subscriptions
Subscriptions are a month-by-month contract which you have the right to cancel at any time with seven days’ notice.
Your subscription will be sent out once a month unless otherwise notified. There may be slight variations in dates.
Subscriptions can be paused anytime up to seven days before your next delivery date. It can be reactivated at any time and can take up to seven days before reactivations is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel your subscriptions.
We reserve the right to increase or decrease the subscription prices with 30 days notices.
Returns & Refunds
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products.
All refunds and exchanges must be made within seven days of receipt of product.
The cost of returning items will be yours ‘The Customer’ responsibility.
We have the right to cancel and refund orders without liability.
Refunds will only cover the cost of the product and NOT the delivery charges.
Subscriptions refunds will only be given if the cancellation of subscription is made within seven days of your next delivery date.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Zebby’s be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):
(a) loss of data
(b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits
(c) loss of business
(d) loss of opportunity
(e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation
(f) losses suffered by third parties
(g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of www.zebbys.co.uk regardless of the form of action.
Intellectual Property
The names, images and logos identifying Zebby’s are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of Zebby’s. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of Zebby’s or any other third party.
